- Prepare, verify, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
- Responsible for reconciling account balances, bank statement, general ledger maintenance and month-end closing procedures.
- Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems.
- v Supervise payroll, billing, receivables, payables, cash receipts, cash disbursements, and general ledger functions.
- v Monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods of time.
- v Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet, profit/loss statements, and accumulative general ledger using a computer-based accounting system.
- v Ensure that all general ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly basis.
- v Prepare monthly closing general ledger entries.
- v Review reconciliations to ensure that they are prepared properly and follow-up on any unusual items.
- v Monitor cash flow and investments.
- v Deal with legal departments and also responsible to handle the taxation matter
