Lahore based event organizer “The Ball Room” (Project of Chawla Group) required services of a professional and experienced event organizer for their Banquet Hall. The applicant should be efficient to manage the events and have strong coordination and interpersonal skill to handle operations work as well.
Responsible to prepare the venues for the events and setting everything according to budget and client requirement.
* The applicant may need to work on several events depending on the event.
* Preparing strategies to ensure that the event site complies with all required legislation and regulations including health and safety sourcing speakers and entertainment options selecting menus that meet the budgetary requirements of an event
* Organize security and emergency services.
* Designing and implementing public relations campaigns. Negotiating rates with suppliers, controlling expenses and following financial procedures.
* Responsible to coordinating with clients to understand their needs and special requests for the event. You need to plan and organize event from start to end in accordance with clients requirements and internal procedures.
* Responsible to manage staff and hiring volunteers as well as coordinating various suppliers. To meet with the requirement, such as security, lighting, displays, sound equipment, stage, food, drink, parking and toilets.
* Responsible to designing the layout of the events as per time schedule for all events.
* The budgeting of event will be another responsibility and need to carry out market research offer compatible prices.
