Customer Service - Sales Representative- Admin
6 days a week – from 12 pm to 9 pm
We are currently recruiting for a fast-paced, office role within the removal/Moving Home and office service industry.
Your tasks will revolve mainly around a customer service-based role but you will be trained with the knowledge required to advise and care for your clients and will have to provide administrative duties as well as sales.
The right candidate will possess these skills:
- An excellent telephone manner
- A hard work ethic and professional approach
- Great time management.
- Excellent customer service skills (previous experience is necessary for telephone sales)
- Driven attitude and ability to work as part of a team and individually under management.
- Be computer literate, much of your role is based on using computers & need good Microsoft knowledge.
Main duties will include:
- Answering incoming telephone and email inquiries promptly.
- Providing a tailored quotation.
- Speaking and writing English is important
- Following up quotations with the customers.
- Booking in removal jobs and ensuring the customer has a smooth move.
- Arranging storage inspections, collection, and deliveries.
- Arranging parking suspensions, helping with taking payments. General ad hoc duties.
- Basic Salary 50000 PKR or Per Job commission
- An experienced person can make above 100000 plus PKR
- We will review each employee and give a bonus every 3 months depending on the sales experience.
- The right candidate can start work Asap.
