We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is willing to perform a variety of tasks in order to fulfill their main responsibility, such as helping create Branding and Communication strategies and measures to promote the company’s goals and targets. The individual will be solely responsible for maintaining & augmenting the company’s brand image across the board through Facebook ratings, Cheetay App ratings, Playstore & App store ratings, complaints, and queries across all Social Media platforms and responding to complaints in real time. Responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the brand image across all social media platforms by focusing on Facebook, The Cheetay Club, Instagram, Twitter and making sure they don’t fall below a certain level.
- Design and conduct customer surveys and develop strategies based on the findings to improve overall company image, impression & ratings and implementing them effectively.
- Contacting customers to get feedback on their experiences.
- Convincing customers via email/SMS/calls to rate our service.
- Monitor the Cheetay brand perception, research consumer insights and implement strategies to reach the set targets.
- Look into competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Increase followers on all social media platforms with the ultimate aim to improve customer satisfaction (Facebook, The Cheetay Club, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat)
- Working in collaboration with other departments to manage complaints, external communications, etc
- Undertake other projects as directed by the Brand Manager from time-to-time in consultation with the employee.
