Must have formal QA/Testing experience, working on customer-facing enterprise-level software solutions.
- Comfortable in managing multiple testing approaches from Automation to Manual testing.
- Extensive experience using Java/Python, SQL, Selenium Web Driver, REST Assured
- Must have experience in API Testing
- Experience in Performance testing using J-meter
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts on different releases/versions.
- Strong familiarity with software lifecycle and quality assurance concepts, testing, approaches, and planning.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Strong test documentation, management, execution and reporting skills.
- Strong ability to understand business processes and logic.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented agile work environment.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the on-shore Managers.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure.
- Work closely with product owners, engineers, and team members to identify areas and methods to help improve testing efficiency, expand coverage and increase product reliability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment with passion for quality.
- Writing and updating of QA processes and test cases
- Quick learning skills to rapidly adopt new tools/technologies and business domains
Required Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
