To designate daily production plan to moulder for core section as specified by the Green Sand HoD.
To oversee the concerned team in the core section of Green Sand.
To troubleshoot any issues faced at the production phases taking place in the Green Sand section.
To train/coach subordinates for future responsibilities in the core section and to promote the potential staff till operator level.
To oversee maintenance of machinery operating/functioning at the Green Sand section and to coordinate with electric department and maintenance department for ensuring uninterrupted working in the Green Sand section.
To work on making/repairing moulds as and when required.
To keep record of overtime and attendance of all staff working under his supervision.
To identify labor requirements and to fulfil any labour shortages as per the requirement.
To identify and notify purchase demands to relevant staff on daily basis (demand of raw material) after necessary approval of HoD.
Any other task as assigned by the management/supervisor.
