- Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data;
- Maintain the financial record and books as per statutory requirements and keep it updated at all times as per turnaround time;
- Review annual budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data in line with business plans and strategies;
- Protect financial assets of the company by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls;
- Monitor the status of company receivables and carry out activities related to efficient management of receivable amounts;
- Ensure timely discharge of company obligations as per contracts with vendors, service providers and other creditors;
- Day to day interaction with banks regarding receipt of bank statements on daily and monthly basis, taking DD’s for parties, real time gross settlement, online funds transfer, taking document of LC and monthly payment of leased vehicles.
- Annual renewal of credit facilities like running finance, letter of credit and letter of guarantee-general for SNGPL.
- Ensure the closing of books of accounts on monthly basis and annual basis.
- Monitoring the timely disbursement of payments and manage the availability of funds.
- Ensuring the preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements on monthly basis
