Chenab Mobiles is looking for candidates having experience of Accounts & Finance due to enhancement in business.The Candidate/Incumbent should be abl to handle Various types of Executive Reporting on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and annual basis.Maintaining Petty Cash Statements, Daily Expense Book etc.Making Production Report, quality Reports, Stock Report and Inpass and Out pass Report, Dispatch Report on daily BasisSeeks confirmation from Banks on the behalf of the company to assure timely transactions and prepare and maintain Daily Cash Positions.Command on Peach Tree accounting software will be preferred.Must be expert in Excel, Word, Emails and Web BrowsingPrepare Income Statement, Balance sheet, Accounts receivablesReview monthly Financial Assessment of company's performanceTimely identification and rectification of financial and operational concernsMust scrutinize and authorize the petty cash of the FactoryTasksPayroll Processing, Attendance Processing, Production Reporting, Daily Quality Reporting, Delivery Challan, Gate Pass, Maintaining different Registers, Voucher Management,ToolsSage Peach Tree, Excel, Word, Browsing
Certifications:CA, ACCA, B.Com, M.Com or Relevant
Experience: Atleast 2-3 Years of working Experience in a big firm.Fabulous package and learning opportunity at the Company
