3D Lifestyle, Pakistan’s largest medical aesthetics brand is looking for an Innovative Business Leader who leads company strategy, marketing, and operations with a relentless focus on meeting the needs of our customers and increasing shareholder’s value.
Our organization has an ambitious growth agenda and is aiming for IPO in near future. Our Business Leader will be an experienced business graduate with a strong understanding of digital marketing and preferably having a medical background or experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
Skills and Experience
• Proven record of successful business leadership in achieving business targets, ability to build strong teams and developing brands.
• Work with external stakeholders including marketing agencies, brand ambassadors, medical professionals, vendors and regulators to successfully drive the business growth agenda.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic industry, customer rights and medical services provider obligations to ensure marketing activities and business practices align with professional standards.
• Develop and execute high impact marketing strategies and tactics that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially viable to increase brand value.
• Work in a team-based environment to lead the execution of strategies and implementation of tactics to grow business, maximize brand sales, market share and profitability.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders including medical professionals, marketing teams, c-level executives and board of directors.
• Comfortable in handling problems of diverse scope in which analysis and interpretation of data require evaluation of multiple factors.
• Experienced in launching new products and services preferably in aesthetics and dermatology.
• Provides timely and accurate reviews of marketing strategies and tactics in accordance with established standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provides guidance to cross-functional teams in the rollout of campaigns, measuring the effectiveness of operational processes and enhancing the cost-effectiveness of end-to-end processes.
• Identifies problems proactively and conceptualizes solutions using creativity and innovation.
• Identifies new treatment modalities, devices and evaluates the efficacy of these treatments.
• Leads teams to provide the best medical aesthetics services and achieve revenue targets.
• Leads the company to be recognized as the innovator in medical aesthetics in Pakistan.
