Job Description

We are looking for Chief Financial Officer for one of our client which is one of the leading "Oil Industry".

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s financial affairs including preparation of budgets, allocation of financial resources, setting up of accounting systems, financial reporting, and management of financial risks.

 Must-have experience in the following domains:

  • Dealing with the Banks / Credit Lines.
  • Equity Finance/ Debt Finance.
  • Hands-On Experience in Implementation and development of Oracle/ERP.
  • Managing Custom Operations, Import / Export & LCs.
  • Handling the taxation operations, SROs & FBR.
  • Costing, Budgeting, Payroll Management (Including Piece Rate)
  • EOBI/Social Security.

 Responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer:

  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
  • Monthly and quarterly site visit at Bahawalpur for stock taking and other operational tasks.
  • Responsible for handling monthly accounts, tax related returns and audits on annual basis.
  • Strong understanding of Import, export, insurance & handling bank facilities, etc.
  • Deposit sales tax liabilities and submit sale tax returns on STRIVE.
  • Suppliers, Vendors and Distributors management and handling their finance and other operational matters.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Tax Consultant for any type of Taxation and Corporate inquiry of FBR and SECP.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the Executive Management Team
  • Check Bank reconciliation statements on weekly basis
  • Reconcile fixed assets register on monthly and annual basis.
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
  • Establish and develop relations with Senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
  • Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
  • Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
  • Coordinate and produce all tax documentation and matter related to SROs and FBR.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

  • MBA Finance / ACCA / CA Finalist or Equivalent.

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in relevant industry, preferably in Oil Industry.
