Responsible for all financial / fiscal management aspects of the company operations, provide leadership and coordination in the business planning, accounting, taxation, internal controls and budgeting efforts. 

Key Responcibilities:

  • Cash Flow / Working Capital Management
  • Analysis of Financial Statements
  • Financing Administration
  • Monitoring of Receivables & Payables
  • Ensure Monthly Reconciliations
  • Treasury & Cash Management
  • Management of Fixed Assets
  • Looking after all matters related to income tax, sales tax, and custom act and all other laws & regulations relating to company’s business
  • Ensure Compliance for External Audits & arrange the periodic external audits
  • To lodge and ensure timely settlement of all types of insurance claims
  • Cost benefit analyses of capital expenditures before approval
  • Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Develop an organization wide cost-consciousness culture
  • To implement internal controls to stop leakage / embezzlement of resources, time, effort, cost etc 
  • Payroll Administration
