We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end business solutions and international markets. As a key member of the executive team, the CSO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic plan, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, and driving the growth and profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in collaboration with Company CEO or the executive team and the Board of Directors.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market, including potential M&A targets, new product/service offerings, and potential partnerships.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry experts.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape and make recommendations for changes to the company's strategic plan.
- Ensure that the organization is meeting its financial and operational targets and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and ensure that the company is achieving its financial objectives.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to the executive team and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end business solutions and international markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.
