We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in multiple companies, including the e-commerce industry with managing end-to-end web developers' team. As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's overall strategic plan and supports its growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization, including software, hardware, and networking.
- Provide end-to-end technology solutions related to IT.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that meet business needs and drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals.
- Manage a team of developers, engineers, and other technology professionals, providing leadership and direction, coaching and mentoring, and ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality services and solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and ensure that the organization is taking advantage of new opportunities and innovations.
- Manage the IT team and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to technology use, security, and data privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology, with diverse experience in multiple companies, including the e-commerce industry with managing end-to-end web developers' team.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions that drive growth and improve business performance.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of IT professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
