Responsibilities:
- Track industry trends, monitor market changes, and draft research reports.
- Collect national/local real estate policies/hot topics; timely interpret their market impact.
- Undertake client-focused research/consulting projects and deliver high-quality results on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s+ in Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, etc.; 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Strong background in macroeconomics/real estate research; excellent communication & writing skills; sharp market sensitivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in real estate research/consulting firms is a plus.
