CRBC Pakistan, as required by its business development, hereby sincerely recruits one (1) Cost Engineer with a good salary.
Post Description
a) To participate in highway projects’ bidding including BOQ verification, pre-bid cost estimation, preparation of price bid, and decision-making in bidding.
b) To prepare inquiry sheet of material, machinery and manpower, and establish maintenance cost database, providing accurate data for investment and bidding activities.
c) To take charge of the preparation of unit price analysis and cost estimation.
d) To participate in cost estimation related to PPP projects.
e) To participate in settlement, variation and claim of payment.
Qualification Requirement
a) Minimum 10 years of experience in highway cost estimation with abundant bidding experience.
b) Familiar with manpower and material price on the local market and capable of carrying out cost estimation on his own.
c) Fluent in English and good in coordination.
d) Preferable with those who have site work experience or experience in PPP projects.
