The main duties and responsibilities are as follows;
- Translating marketing & sales material from English to Chinese and vice versa.
- Facilitating communication between company and Chinese speaking stakeholders/ vendors.
- Managing& monitoring digital sales of company products on Ecommerce sites.
- Acting as the main point of contact for Chinese speaking clients.
- Processing sales orders, payments and invoices.
- Updating payroll journals in operating system.
- Managing Chinese Bank Account.
- Adhoc project work as required.
- Resolving any customer issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
