Job Description

  • Visit the end customers regularly, collect the suggestions of customers and solve these problems;
  • Collect the information of competitors and research market.
  • Deal with the live malfunction and reflect information of malfunction in time;
  • Provide training for the service distributor and end customers;
  • Supervise the handle schedule of the important problems and work remediation
  • Make sure the cellphone is available and on line for 24 hours.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Chinese, English and Urdu.
  2. Strong Communication, Coordination and persistence personality.
  3. Excellent operation capability in computer, internet, office, emails.
  4. Having good automotive industry / mechanic knowledge.
  5. Atleast Graduate.
