- Supports the implementation of medical policies for the entire hospital.
- Ensures the delivery of quality patient care.
- Must have the knowledge of market strategy in terms of hospitality and able to promote the hospital image in resulting of patients’ turnover.
- Researches and evaluates new treatments and medical innovations.
- Works collaboratively throughout the hospital to ensure the adoption of standards and policies for all functional aspects of clinical services that result in patient care improvements.
- Responsible for assigning duties/roster of RMOs.
- Will reports to Medical Director.
- Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader of medical departmental functions.
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience required.
- Adequate knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
