Candidate must have done MBA in HRM with an experience of 5 to 7 years on the same role. The incumbent will be responsible to manage all Operations of Human Resource, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development and be able to make policies. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and be able to deal issues of Government Institutions like SESSI and EOBI etc.
