- To supervise and oversee all aspects of IT service management including operation maintenance procedures, technical specifications, disaster recovery plans, system backup schedules, safety and quality plans.
- To manage contractors and service providers and ensure that support services are meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Must have ERP System deployment and development experience.
- To prepare IT budgets and manage IT spending.
- To develop short and long term IT strategy to support the operation & maintenance.
- To provide support to existing software applications & work as a team lead in the development of new software.
- Coordinate with Software Engineer to develop a detailed project plan and detailed flowchart.
- To provide training, support and guidance on IT systems to hospital staff.
- To approve IT and office spending within delegated authority
- To approve day-to-day staff matters, such as leave and training applications/ assessment of IT Skills.
- To perform and carry out duties as instructed/directed by the Medical Director and Managing Trustees.
- CCNA, MCSA & PMP Certified would be preferred.
