  • Master’s Degree in HR or Business Administration with at least 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have ability to develop and support delivery of the performance management framework.
  • Preparation and management of staff KPIs and seeking regular reports from staff against their deliverables.
  • Overseeing effective working of all departments as per their assigned goals and preferred outcomes in terms of quality and timeliness.
