Job Description

  • Preparing and conducting on-boarding and ongoing trainings. Prepare schedules for training, modules, collect audiovisual data.
  • Recruit the right staff
  • Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
  • Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
  • Onboarding newcomers to the company
  • Training of the new recruits according to the company standards
  • Developing adequate induction and training
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process
  • To make sure company rules and regulations are being followed and implemented
