Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead a team of five professionals in driving the branch's operational success and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch functionality including sales management, financial budgeting, compliance adherence, and staff development. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of aligning branch objectives with overall company goals to enhance performance and growth within the healthcare sector.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and risk management. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of five employees to achieve branch sales targets and operational goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including sales forecasting and pipeline management, to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent service delivery and resolving any client issues promptly.
- Oversee financial budgeting and monitor branch expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal audit standards to minimize risk exposure.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide staff training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Drive operational excellence by establishing and enforcing efficient processes and procedures within the branch.
- Manage conflict resolution in a professional manner to maintain a positive work environment and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans that align branch activities with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
