Chughtai Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with 3 to 5 years of expertise in managing comprehensive human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, attendance management, EOBI, Social Security and overall HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel to effectively handle data and reporting tasks. The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the organizations human resources processes from recruitment to retirement. The position demands a proactive professional who can maintain employee relations and ensure smooth execution of payroll, attendance, and settlement processes. The candidate will coordinate various HR operations to support organizational goals while adhering to policies and legal requirements. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field is essential, along with a solid understanding of HR best practices, to contribute effectively to the companys workforce management and development initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management activities by assisting in setting goals, conducting evaluations, and supporting development plans.
  • Handle payroll processing accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance records to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate employee settlements and offboarding activities efficiently and professionally.
  • Administer daily HR operations such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR reports using HRMS.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain ethical and legal standards throughout all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement HR initiatives and improve workplace effectiveness.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience on EOBI & Social Security matters.
