Responsibilities:-
- Perform clinical tests independently according to the standard operating procedures and ensure quality of results
- Participate in staff training according to laboratory guidelines and also participate in educational opportunities.
- Assist supervisor in implementing the safety standards according to Laboratory Safety Guidelines.
- Identify and communicate abnormal patient conditions by alerting supervisory personnel, the pathologist, the physician, or nurse.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Hematology, Microbiology & Clinical Pathology in laboratory or hospital.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in MLT
Shift: Night (11:00 PM – 08:00 AM)
