Job Description

  • To ensure smooth working of daily customer services at Central Lab.
  • To implement Phlebotomy SOPs across all desks and ensure continuous training of the staff as and when required. To ensure proper reconciliation of software entries with Accounts & Internal Audit queries.
  • Execute Discount Policy compliance to all discount cases.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction of all customers experiencing CLL services.
  • Ensure all customer queries are answered and taken care in well manner.
  • Come up with new strategies to ensure maximum business outcome along with satisfaction.
