- To assist manager in record keeping of all kind of stocks i.e. instruments, stationery, chemicals, equipments etc. received in computer system on daily basis.
- To ensure issuance of stocks to different departments of the lab after making necessary entries in registers and computer system.
- To prepare stock in hand, and stock consumed reports on weekly basis.
- To perform physical counting of stocks received on daily / weekly basis prior to the recording / entrance computer system.
- To conduct physical stock taking / reconciliation of stocks with Head Office on periodic basis.
- To ensure provision of in time information regarding shortage of stock to Store Officer / HOD in order to avoid unfavorable circumstances.
- To ensure inspection of records and registers of store to HOD on daily basis.
- To be responsible for Inventory Audits and Efficiency Analysis
