Project Coordinator Job Description:

You will be responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. You communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, you’ll organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to managers.

Requirements and Skills:

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management is a plus
  • Must be able to work on project management tools (e.g. Jira or Trello)
  • Must be able to work well under pressure without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Basic knowledge of project management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • BS in Business Administration or related field
