We are looking for Housekeeping Supervisor for a medium-sized property.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as per need.
- Must have previous Hospitality experience.
Will be responsible for:
- Hiring and training junior level staffs
- Maintain property cleaning standards
- Keep inventory of linen, mini bar, towels, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure property is ready before opening and completely clean before closing
- Deep clean the rooms
- Inspect rooms before selling to ensure standards are maintained
- Be able to create and read reports
- Make proper duty roster of staff
- Handle pre and post cleaning of large events
Any other jobs assigned by management.
