Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail and distribution strategies specifically designed for the Lahore market.
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential retail partners to broaden the brand’s market footprint.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring strong SKU performance across various sales channels.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Operations Associates to maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
- Improve brand visibility through effective in-store execution and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or retail operations, preferably within the electronics or telecom industries.
- Well-established network within Lahore’s retail sector to support partnership development and market penetration.
- Strong leadership skills paired with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
