Civil Engineer- QA/QC Expert

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team full-time, specializing in quality assurance and project management within the interior execution field. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in materials, strong skills in preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and the ability to analyze market rates effectively. This role demands hands-on involvement in vendor negotiations and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout project execution. The position requires working on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all projects meet established standards.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various interior projects.
- Conduct thorough checking and validation of BOQs to maintain precision and reliability.
- Analyze market rates to support budgeting, cost control, and procurement decisions.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of materials used in interior execution to optimize project outcomes.
- Execute interior projects with strict adherence to quality benchmarks and timelines.
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and project management within the interior sector.
- Proven expertise in the preparation and verification of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Strong understanding of market rate trends and material specifications relevant to interior projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective agreements.
- Ability to work on-site and manage various aspects of project execution simultaneously.
