Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on the website chat. Convert them into sales leads.
- Communicate with customers on call. Convert them into sales leads.
- Follow up with qualified sales leads on a daily basis.
- Conduct online live demos of our products.
- Find and source products that we do not have a direct channel to procure.
- Reach out to new manufacturers to onboard them.
- Work with the marketing team efficiently to update and add content on the websites.
Qualities We Look For:
- Excellent spoken and written English. Native accent is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- 0 - 1 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience of working on CRMs like Pipeline
- Deals or Salesforce. Preferably Salesforce.
- Self-starter. Drive to learn, and the ability to work with minimal supervision or training.
- Creative minded with an ability to multi-task and answer questions on the spot.
