Clean & Green Services Pvt Ltd is a British-owned Janitorial service provider based in Islamabad. We are passionate about delivering a professional and ethical based service to domestic and commercial clients.
We invest in the latest equipment, machinery and staff to ensure an excellent service. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Accounts & Finance Officer to join our new and growing team at our Head Office in Blue Area, Islamabad.
Candidates who apply must have former experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting & Finance, an interest or knowledge in the Cleaning/Janitorial Industry as well as a relevant Bachelors or above.
· Coding of all purchase invoices and entering onto accounts system
· Processing of all customer invoicing
· Responsible for supplier payment runs
· Completing daily reconciliations of bank accounts
· Credit Control and dealing with all parent customer/client queries
· Reconciliation of company credit card expenses
· Responsible for dealing with all company contractors
· Other ad hoc duties and admin tasks as required
