Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting including BS, Reconciliation, Creditor and Debtor Aging etc.
  2. Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including cash management, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
  3. Liaise closely with other Departments within the organization and external Vendors to understand and resolve their concerns.
  4. Manage timely payments to vendors.
  5. Continually conducting supplier reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  6. Ensure completeness and accuracy of Revenue and cost reporting.
  7.  Oversee the  Payroll process. 
  8. Credit Control and dealing with all customer finance queries, assist with chasing up and collecting payments from customers.
  9. Manage and maintain the smooth collection and resolution of customer debts.         
  10. Prepare cashflow forecast on a weekly basis reflecting the current position of forecasting cash flow to end of month. Ensuring accurate reflection of revenue side and forecasted amounts.
  11. Advise  executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
  12. Build new processes and constantly challenge the daily accounting and operational processes.
  13. Various other financial topics and ad-hoc support to the finance or new business teams.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience of post qualification experience
  2. Process-oriented as well as strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
  3. Highly proficient in Excel and Quickbook
  4. Understanding of different tax implications 
  5. Service industry  experience would be a plus
  6. Must have good command with invoice processing and accounts payable in a high-volume environment
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities
  8. Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
