We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Officer to join our new and growing team at our Head Office in Blue Area, Islamabad.
Candidates who apply must have former experience in HR, an interest or knowledge in the Cleaning/Janitorial Industry as well as a relevant Bachelors or above.
- Ensure you uphold and implement company’s culture and values
- Advertise job vacancies and screen candidates
- Carry out interviews
- Carry out compliance checks
- Maintain staff database
- Deal with staff complaints and grievances
- Develop staff bonus and incentive schemes
- Track and review staff performance
- Monitor absences and sicknesses
- Carry out research and produce analysis reports based on the role
- Stay up to date with the latest HR news and Employment Law Legislation
- To assist the general manager in developing training programmes and routines
- carry out administrative duties and ad hoc duties as and when requested by your line manager
- Take part in and carry out group projects
