We are looking for a motivated “Customer Support Representatives” to come join our agile team of professionals. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Handling of inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers through various channels
  • Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
  • Generating leads that develop into new customers.
  • Record keeping of all conversations in database
  • Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports(Daily, Weekly or Monthly)

Requirements and skills:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a CSR  in an international call center
  • Strong time management
  • Clear communication and friendly empathetic attitude
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
