She will be the one to organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist him by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
• Maintaining agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings & keeping minutes
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Support CEO in his external commitments to external boards, committees and other groups
