Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The incumbent candidate will be responsible for the efficiency of business and manufacturing processes and B2B delivery of ClearPath aligners to the clients.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  He is expected to be an experienced and efficient leader. Having excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, he is expected to drive performance and produce sustainable business results.

Job Description:

  • Ensure maximum profitability of the business by following manufacturing timelines of ClearPath aligners according to the agreements
  • Coordinating with clients to address their concerns in timely manner
  • Bring more efficiency to the manufacturing processes by using data analytics
  • Ensure that company has effective operational and financial procedures in place
  • Assist in compiling the company's budget and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock
  • Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role in a manufacturing concern
  • Understanding of core business functions and their synergy for bringing efficiencies
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and performance/operation metrics
  • Proven track record of leading a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
