- Take the designs provided by Creative Director and convert them to patterns
- Work with pattern makers, cutters and stitching staff to ensure production is accurate
- Guide staff through each step of the production
- Take designs (provided via pictures) and prepare size charts and samples
- Help us maintain a steady stream of fast changing fashion styles
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated
- Will work primarily from the Lahore office and commute to Factory in Sialkot as needed
