We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our small and enthusiastic team You will be responsible for developing new features for our web application suite that supports a range of different websites and services. You will be working primarily in PHP, jQuery, HTML and CSS.Due to the small team size and fast working attitude you will be involved in planning new features and functionality to expand the existing bespoke software. Therefore you should be proficient with both front-end and back-end development.You will be working on:Our sophisticated Taxi quotation and booking system.Our Partner Dashboard; this is a website that gives our travel companies control of their pricing, vehicles and their websitesOur HTML5 and Javascript powered iOS, Android and Windows Phone AppOur inhouse Object Orientated PHP framework
- Adobe Creative Suite , Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Skills Required:Experience working in a LAMP architecture
- A good understanding of user experience design including user interface design, visual design, information architecture, usability and accessibility
- Experience of using open source development platforms and libraries
- Ability to communicate ideas verbally in a coherent and concise manner
- Experience in at least one other programming language (Java, C, C++, Python, Perl)
- Experience with testing in different browsers (Sorry, but it does need to work in IE too!):

- A strong graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject area
- Highly proficient with PHP
- Have experience working in an Object-Orientated Web Frameworks
- Highly proficient with relational database design and experience with MySQL
- Have experience working in an MVC Architecture
- Have experience working in Javascript frameworks (We use jQuery)
- Have experience in web development writing clean and concise HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Experience with version control (Git / Subversion)Useful Additional Skills
