Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through live chat software and chat platforms such as Discord to provide product information and answer inquiries promptly.
Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously, ensuring each interaction receives focused attention and meets quality standards.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product benefits to persuade and convert prospects into buyers.
Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives through proactive outreach and diligent follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems as required to support sales tracking and reporting.
Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to address client concerns and improve the sales process.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
Adapt to evolving sales strategies and tools to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all communications to build long-term customer relationships.
