Shift: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through chat platforms to understand their requirements and close sales effectively.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately inform clients and address their queries.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, improve strategies, and drive collective performance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client feedback to inform ongoing sales efforts.
- Adapt communication style to match customer preferences and foster positive engagement during chat interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to upgrade sales skills and product knowledge continually.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue.
- Report to supervisors on sales performance, challenges, and market trends that could impact sales success.
