We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team at our DHA Phase 8 office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service and results. This role demands a strategic thinker who can deeply understand client goals and drive success through effective communication and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications to ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and offer strategic recommendations that support their success.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to guarantee smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
- Manage client escalations professionally, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align client strategies and improve overall service quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain professionalism when interacting with clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
