- Meet with clients to identify problems—emotional, mental, and behavioral—
- Through observation, interviews, the psychologist will diagnose any existing or potential disorders or problem, Then, together with the client, they formulate a program of treatment according to the client’s needs with special reference to COVID
- Identify psychological, emotional or behavioral issues
- Diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioral disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes
- Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment
- Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions
- Conduct research
- Work with team and conduct community session /webinars
- Ensure project results are achieved
- Implement project activities at field level
- Provide technical assistance, in community sensitization and mobilization for Psycho social support
- Provide technical support and conduct social mobilization and BCC for prevention of COVID.
- Document the progress, challenges and lesson learned
- Develop quality reports
- Ensure documentation of best practices
- Any other project activity assigned by the Project Manager
