Cloth Wise is seeking a highly skilled Typing Master with extensive experience and exceptional typing speed to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience and possesses outstanding touch typing abilities. This role requires managing a team of 8 persons, ensuring high productivity and accuracy in all typing-related tasks. The Typing Master will play a critical role in supporting administrative and data entry activities while maintaining superior quality standards within the department.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in touch typing and a commitment to delivering fast and accurate typing services. In addition to technical skills, the Typing Master will lead, guide, and motivate the typing team, overseeing workflow distribution, performance evaluation, and timely completion of assignments. This position demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding strict attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 8 typing professionals to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the typing performance of team members to maintain accurate and efficient data entry.
- Assign and prioritize typing tasks according to deadlines and project requirements.
- Demonstrate outstanding touch typing skills and provide training or mentoring to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Maintain detailed records of typing output, speeds, and errors to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support various documentation and administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards related to data confidentiality and security.
- Continuously seek techniques to improve typing speed, accuracy, and overall team efficiency.
