  • Handling customers via Live Chats, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
  • Market/Region: US/UK/Middle East.
  • Respond to clients’ queries and guide them as per the requirement.
  • Maintain clients’ data.
  • Follow up to ensure timely responses from the production team

Candidate must have:

  • prior experience in Customer service or sales
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
