Jazz is looking for a Cloud Sales Consultant based in Lahore to join its energetic team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and customized Cloud and IT solutions to corporate clients, helping them improve their business performance through Jazz’s extensive portfolio. You will focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving engagement, upselling, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager Cloud Central, you will collaborate with a region-wide team dedicated to expanding Jazz’s Cloud business.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored Cloud and IT solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Focus on retention and recovery within your assigned portfolio.
- Conduct regular B2B visits with large enterprise accounts to promote Cloud and IT sales, ensuring strong retention and timely collections.
- Drive deeper market penetration within designated companies by managing complaints, providing after-sales support, and acquiring new accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships to facilitate ongoing revenue growth and new product sales.
- Prioritize securing major wins and strengthening relationships in the Large Accounts sector.
- Visit tagged accounts regularly and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including B2B Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Finance, and Product Teams.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to Cloud Sales, Retention, and Portfolio management.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware, and IoT.
- Proven sales experience in the Enterprise sector, specifically with Cloud and IT products.
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, and technology companies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, IT, or a combination of Business disciplines.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with effective communication abilities for both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-level, actionable solutions.
- Deep market orientation within the corporate segment.
- Expertise in portfolio management and client relationship building.
