Company:
We are an engineering and architectural design services firm that offers a wide range of CAD services to our clients in the US. The services include 2D and 3D modelling, sketch to CAD conversion, 2D and 3D renderings and virtual animation. The design work includes floor plans, elevations, cross sections, site plans, structural and civil engineering. We provide these services to our clients in US on project and need basis. These projects can vary from few hours of CAD drafting to significant design and planning work, as well as long term assignments.
Role:
We are looking for experienced CAD professionals to join our team. You will work closely with our clients in the US and deliver to their various engineering and architectural design needs. We hire self-motivated individuals and give them an opportunity to learn and grow. We will want you to achieve high level skills in various CAD tools and also have the knowledge of an architect, designer, or civil engineer.
Requirements:
- 1 – 10 + year experience in CAD based architectural designs. We are looking to fill multiple junior to mid-senior level roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Structural drawings, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Civil Engineering, or other related field.
- High level of proficiency in one or more commonly used CAD software:
- AutoCad, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3DS Max, Maya, RhinoCeros, Vector Works, PhotoShop, SolidWork, Civil 3D.
- Experience and knowledge of various architectural plans – floor plan, elevation, cross-sections, site plans, etc.
- Some level of drafting experience in a business environment is preferred.
- You have to be creative and a problem solver. Be able to add value to client’s thinking.
- Great attention to details, organizational skills and an analytical mind
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (must have requirement)
- Professional, customer service-oriented, with a positive client-first attitude.
- Willing to work with overlap of US Timing. From 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm or later
Responsibilities:
- Using your CAD and designing skills assist clients with their architectural and design needs
- Prepare client submittal packages using relevant CAD tools
- Communicate, coordinate, plan, gather requirements, and deliver results to clients
- Maintain client relationship through excellent customer service
- Enhance your CAD skills by learning new tools and getting new certifications
- Work with the team on various priorities and improve team capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Structural drawings, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Civil Engineering, or other related field.
