Position Summary:
In this role, you will lead the strategic vision, project management, training, and continuous improvement efforts across core HR processes for the Operations and Associate Relations HR teams. You will partner closely with leaders across the business, associates at all levels of the organization, and Legal to consult on a variety of issues and to provide timely, consistent, and seamless HR support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counsel managers and employees on work related issues at all levels
- Expertly manage employee relations issues
- Build and maintain internal HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Collaborate with managers on team member performance and development
- Partner with leaders to cultivate a culture that reflects the beliefs and values of the organization drives engagement, and champions belonging and inclusion for all team members
- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve team member engagement, performance, retention, belonging, and organizational performance
- Diagnose issues and recommend, design and deliver solutions
- Facilitate change management throughout the organization
- Develop, implement and evolve HR strategy to support the business as it continues to grow
- Collaborate with recruiting, IT, finance, leadership, and other Cloudtek teams to build an outstanding experience for all candidates and employees
