Islamabad based An Internationa Food & Beverages club , required services of experienced Admin & Finance Executive for its Accounts department
Main Administration Activities:
· Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, restaurant, bar and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases; managing filing systems
· Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
Main Financial Activities:
· Maintain dollars and Euros accounts in Rs on daily basis(JV)
· Prepare monthly profit & loss statements
· Bank reconciliation
· Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
· Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
· Document financial transactions by entering account information
· Data enter invoices for payment
· Process backup reports after data entry
· Enter data in pos(point of sale) on daily basis
· Track of daily sales.
· Record all cheques
· List all vendor cheques in the log book
· Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable
· Maintain inventory files
· Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
Complete payroll functions for permanent and casual staff
. Any other duties assigned by general Manager.
